摘 要:为了解基于项目化形式的酒店实习人才培养和关键环节,文章利用文献分析法、案例分析法,简单阐述了项目化形式与酒店实习的内涵以及当前研究意义、现状,并从培养目标、培养内容、教育指导等几个方面,对基于项目化形式的酒店实习人才培养和关键环节进行了进一步研究。得出结果为:基于项目化的酒店实习人才培养包括收集资料、发现问题、规划设想、研究解决、公开展示、反馈反思几个环节,需要贯彻学为中心、人本化目标定位,利用分段项目化、分段指导的形式,规划满足岗位职业能力要求的实习人才培养内容,同时以多元评价为手段,控制酒店实习人才培养质量。结论表明:基于项目化形式的人才培养模式可使实习者养成批判思考、自我管理、团队合作等新世纪必备综合素质。To understand the project-based training of hotel interns and the key links,this paper adopted literature analysis method and case analysis method to expound the connotation,current situation and significance of research on project-based hotel internship,and dived into the project-based hotel intern training and the key links.Findings:the project-based training of hotel interns includes data collection,problem discovery,assumption planning,research solution,public presentation,feedback and reflection and other links.It is necessary to view learning as the center and also prioritize humanism,develop the training content for the interns with step-by-step projects and guidance to meet the professional requirements of post,and improve the training quality of hotel interns by multiple evaluations.Conclusions:the project-based training method can enable the hotel interns to develop critical thinking,self-management,collaboration and other skills required in the new century.
