摘　　要：如何合理有效地推进“两山”理论和实践的发展是当前社会发展面临的一个重要课题。本文以生态资源资本化为研究对象,旨在系统地分析“两山”理论与生态资源资本化演化机理的理论基础及内在逻辑的一致性,并通过南平生态银行实践案例,进一步对生态资源资本化演化机理在推进“两山”理论实践中的可行性进行论证,从理论和实践两方面为有效践行生态资源资本化及“两山”理论提供有益的借鉴作用。How to reasonably and effectively optimize the Two Mountains Theory and practice is an important issue for the current social development.Taking the capitalization of ecological resources as the research object,this paper systematically analyzed the consistency of theoretical basis and internal logic between the Two Mountains Theory and the evolution mechanism of capitalization of ecological resources,and then demonstrated the feasibility of the evolution mechanism of capitalization of ecological resources in promoting the practice of the Two Mountains Theory through the practice case of Nanping Ecological Bank,so as to provide a useful reference for effective capitalization of ecological resources and implementation of the Two Mountains Theory from both theoretical and practical aspects.
