益阳市校园足球特色校课余训练体系开展状况的调查研究

摘　　要：本文以入选“全国校园足球特色校”湖南省益阳市101所特色校中,高中阶段足球课余训练为主要研究对象,通过查阅文献资料、实地考察、特色校调查分析、专家访谈等方法,对特色校开展的组织领导、课余训练条件保障、教育教学、课余训练与竞赛体系建设四个方面进行调查研究,找出影响益阳市特色校训练体系发展的困境和制约因素,并提出具体的改进对策,为推动益阳市校园足球特色校持续、健康的发展提供理论借鉴。In this paper,the 101 characteristic schools in Yiyang City,Hunan Province which are rated as the "National Characteristic After-school Football Schools" were chosen and the after-school football training in these schools was the main research object.By means of literature review,on-the-spot investigation,investigation and analysis of characteristic schools,expert interviews,etc.,this paper investigated the following four aspects:organization and leadership,guarantee of after-school training conditions,education and teaching,after-school training and competition system construction of characteristic schools in Yiyang City.This paper found out the constraints that affected the training system of characteristic schools in Yiyang City,and put forward the specific improvement measures.
