摘 要:目前铬铁合金含铬粉尘常采用直接循环回收或固化/稳定化工艺生产水泥或黏土砖进行最终的处置,但含铬粉尘中含有约15%~30%的Cr_(2)O_(3)和0.1%~0.5%的六价铬,粉尘中的铬并未得到资源化利用,为解决含铬粉尘中铬资源化回收利用的问题,采用“氧化焙烧+中性液真空多级洗涤”对含铬粉尘进行铬回收处理,采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法和浸出毒性浸出方法硫酸硝酸法分析总铬回收率以及分离出的铬渣中总铬含量,考察了纯碱、提铬返渣投加量、反应温度等参数对含铬粉尘中铬回收效果的影响。试验结果表明,提铬返渣投加量20%~25%,纯碱投加量20%~25%,反应温度1000~1200℃,总铬回收率达70%以上,分离出的铬渣中总铬含量低于5%。该方法能够实现含铬粉尘中铬资源化利用,对于降低含铬粉尘的存量及缓解铬资源短缺具有重要的意义。At present,ferrochromium containing dust often uses direct recycling or solidification/stabilization process to produce cement or clay brick for final disposal,but the chromium containing dust contains about 15%~30%Cr_(2)O_(3)and 0.1%~0.5%hexavalent chromium,and the chromium in the dust has not been used as resources.In order to solve the problem of resource recycling of chromium in chromium containing dust,“Oxidation roasting+neutral liquid vacuum multistage washing”was used to recover chromium from chromium containing dust.The total chromium recovery rate and the total chromium content in the separated chromium residue were analyzed by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry and leaching toxicity leaching method sulfuric acid and nitric acid method.The effects of soda ash,chromium extraction residue dosage and reaction temperature on the chromium recovery effect in chromium containing dust were investigated.The test results showed that when the dosage of chromium recovery slag is 20%~25%,the dosage of soda ash is 20%~25%,the reaction temperature is 1000℃~1200℃,the total chromium recovery can reach more than 70%,and the total chromium content in the separated chromium slag is less than 5%.This method can realize the resource utilization of chromium in chromium containing dust,which is of great significance to reduce the stock of chromium containing dust and alleviate the shortage of chromium resources.
