摘  要:入河排污口设置论证工作对于防治水污染,保护水生态环境具有重要意义。入河污染物排放在水体中的迁移扩散以及对水体的影响范围和程度是排污口设置论证的重要流程之一。以江苏港城污水处理厂三期扩建工程为例,考虑尾水正常排放与事故排放的4种工况,采用EFDC模型模拟评价了区域设计条件下尾水排放产生的各污染因子的浓度增量以及对周边水功能区的影响。结果表明:EFDC模型对入河污染物的扩散过程模拟精度较高,模拟成果合理,基本反映了排污口污水排放对所在江段的水质影响情况,可作为排污口设置论证的参考依据。It is of great significance for the prevention and control of water pollution and protect water ecological environment.The migration and diffusion of pollutants discharge into the river and the extent and degree of their influence on the water body are one of the important procedures for the demonstration of sewage outlet installation.Taking the third expansion project of Jiangsu Port City Sewage Treatment Plant as an example,the EFDC model was used to simulate and evaluate the concentration increment of each pollution factor generated by tail water discharge and its influence on the surrounding water function area under the regional design condition,considering the four working conditions of normal tail water discharge and accident discharge.The results show that the EFDC model has a high simulation accuracy for the diffusion process of pollutants into the river,and the simulation results are reasonable,which basically reflects the impact of the discharge of sewage on the water quality of the river section,and can be used as a reference for the demonstration of the installation of the discharge outlet.
