摘 要:为了消除部分分光光度法所产生的的干扰以及简化测定方法,建立了一种碱液消解-离子色谱柱后衍生分光光度法用于测定土壤中六价铬的含量。测定方法为使用土壤样品以氢氧化钠/碳酸钠碱性溶液作为提取剂,氯化镁和磷酸盐缓冲液作为干扰抑制剂,经过离子色谱柱后分离出六价铬,与二苯基碳酰二肼反应后生成络合物,利用分光光度计进行监测。结果表明,该方法在1mg/kg~200mg/kg的六价铬浓度范围内线性良好,检出限为0.047mg/kg,测定的相对标准偏差小于4%,加标回收率在98%~103%。根据实验结果可以看出本方法快速简便,检测数据准确可靠,适用于土壤中六价铬的测定。In order to eliminate the interference caused by partial spectrophotometry and simplify the determination method,a method for the determination of hexavalent chromium in soil by alkaline digestion-ion chromatography post column derivatization Spectrophotometry was established.Using sodium hydroxide/sodium carbonate alkaline solution as extractant,magnesium chloride and phosphate buffer as interference inhibitor,hexavalent chromium was separated by ion chromatography column and reacted with diphenylcarbazide to form a complex,which was monitored by spectrophotometer.The results showed that the method had good linearity in the concentration range of 1 mg/kg〜200 mg/kg hexavalent chromium,the detection limit was 0.047 mg/kg,the relative standard deviation was less than 4%,and the recovery was 98%~103%.According to the experimental results,the method is rapid,simple,accurate and reliable.It is suitable for the determination of hexavalent chromium in soil.
