摘　　要：目的系统评价并归纳整合癌症患者家庭韧性的体验。方法检索Medline、Embase、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、PsycINFO、CINAHL、中国知网、中国生物医学文献服务系统、维普、万方等数据库,筛选癌症患者家庭韧性相关的质性研究,检索时间为建库至2021年10月,用EndNote X9版对检索文献进行去重筛选分析,采用澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准进行文献质量评价,对纳入文章以Meta汇集性整合的方式进行分析归纳总结。结果共纳入8篇文献,提炼出35个研究结果,诠释归纳出2个整合结果:家庭韧性发展历程和家庭韧性保护因素,共包含8个类别。结论医务人员应基于韧性发展历程,协助家庭运用内外部支持资源,针对性给予护理和干预,提高家庭功能,促进癌症患者家庭的成功应对和社会心理康复。Objective To systematically evaluate cancer patients'family resilience.Methods Qualitative researches were retrieved in Medline,Embase,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,PsycINFO,CINAHL,National Knowledge Infrastructure,China Biology Medicine,VIP and Wanfang Data from database building to October 2021.All studies were imported into EndNote X9 and assessed according to eligibility criteria.Quality Evaluation Standard for Qualitative Research of Australia Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)Evidenced-based Health Care Center was used to evaluate the article.Integrated method was applied to integrate the results.Results A total of 8 studies were included.Besides,a total of 8 categories were formed from 35 findings and 2 synthesis were integrated,namely,the development of family resilience and the protective factors of family resilience.Conclusions Family resilience is a dynamic process.Clinical staff should focus on this experience,assist cancer families to use internal and external support resources,provide targeted care and interventions to improve family function,promote successful coping and psychosocial rehabilitation of cancer families.
