摘　　要：目的探索医护成组责任制模式在体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)患者中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2019年2月—2020年2月驻马店市中心医院和郑州大学第二附属医院收治的31例ECMO患者为对照组,接受常规护理干预,选取2020年3月—2021年3月驻马店市中心医院和郑州大学第二附属医院收治的31例ECMO患者为观察组,接受医护成组责任制护理模式。比较两组患者ECOM辅助时间、ICU住院时间及并发症情况。结果干预后,观察组患者ECOM辅助时间、ICU住院时间短于对照组,总并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对实施ECMO治疗患者采取医护成组责任制护理模式,可缩短ECOM辅助时间、ICU住院时间,降低术后并发症发生率。Objective To explore the application effect of medical and nursing grouping responsibility nursing model in patients with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO).Methods From February 2019 to February 2020,a total of 31 ECMO patients admitted to Zhumadian Central Hospital and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected as the control group by the convenient sampling and they received routine nursing intervention.A total of 31 ECMO patients admitted to Zhumadian Central Hospital and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the observation group and they were given medical and nursing grouping responsibility nursing model.The ECOM assistance time,ICU stay time and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the ECOM assistance time and ICU stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group and the total complication rate was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Adopting the medical and nursing grouping responsibility nursing model for patients undergoing ECMO can shorten the ECOM assistance time and ICU stay time and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
