摘 要:随着燃油消耗法规和排放标准的日益严格,许多新技术被应用到汽油机上,在汽油机上应用排气再循环(exhaust gas recirculation,EGR)技术已成为主流。在介绍高、低压EGR系统的基础上,首先阐述了EGR系统的工作原理,分析了EGR系统的特点;然后结合汽油机的通用曲线,提出了利用EGR策略改善有效燃油消耗率(brake specific fuel consumption,BSFC)的方法,并分析和说明了应用EGR技术的减排作用。得出结论:EGR技术将是现代汽油机技术的必要组成。With the increasingly stringent fuel consumption regulations and emission standards,many new technologies have been applied to gasoline engines. The application of exhaust gas recirculation(EGR)technology in gasoline engines has become the mainstream. Based on the introduction of high and low pressure EGR system,firstly,the working principle of EGR system is described,and the characteristics of EGR system are analyzed;Then combined with the general curve of gasoline engine,the method of using EGR strategy to improve brake specific fuel consumption(BSFC)is proposed,and the emission reduction effect of applying EGR Technology is analyzed and explained. It is concluded that EGR Technology will be a necessary part of modern gasoline engine technology.
