摘  要:高校“双师型”教师队伍建设是当前的热点课题,其中专业能力评价体系直接起着导向和指引的作用。为了更好地对“双师型”教师专业能力进行评估,提出了基于层次分析法的高校“双师型”教师专业能力评价体系。首先对“双师型”教师应具有的专业能力和评价因素进行分析,提出“双师型”教师应具有教学、科研、社会服务、国际化水平和实践动手能力方面的素质,建立了包含5个B级、16个C级指标的3层结构体系。然后基于层次分析法对建立的高校“双师型”教师专业能力评价体系进行了数学分析,确定了各个指标的权重值,为高校“双师型”教师队伍的评价和认定提供了思路和方法。The cultivation of double-position teachers in Colleges and universities is a hot research topic at present. The evaluation system of double-position teachers’ professional ability plays a guiding role. In order to better evaluate the professional ability of double-position teachers’ the paper designs a professional ability evaluation system for doubleposition teachers in colleges and universities based on analytic hierarchy process. Firstly,the paper analyses teachers’ professional qualifications and evaluation factors and puts forward that teachers should have professional abilities in teaching,researching,social serving,internationalizing and practicing. Then the paper establishes a three-layered evaluating structure with 5 B level indicators and 16 C level indicators,which has under gone mathematical analysis based on analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights of each indicator. This study can provide new thoughts and methods for the evaluation and certification of college teachers.
