摘  要:针对屈服强度690 MPa级高强度建筑结构用抗震耐候钢母材,开展适用于690 MPa级高强度建筑结构用抗震耐候钢配套的焊接材料和焊接工艺的研究工作。对研制的焊丝C,Si,Mn,S,P等合金元素的含量进行了严格的比例控制,通过调整合金元素比例,达到强度和韧性的平衡,抗拉强度和冲击韧性均有明显提升。满足690 MPa抗震耐候钢板抗震性要求,控制焊接材料屈强比R≤0.92。焊缝金相组织未见硬脆相,组织柱状晶转化为等轴晶,宏观表现韧性提高。结果表明,研制的HS80GJ低合金高强钢气体保护焊丝具有良好的焊接工艺,熔敷金属力学性能满足考核指标的要求。Aiming at base material of anti-seismic and weathering steel for high strength building structure with 690 MPa yield strength,welding materials and welding process suitable for 690 MPa high strength anti-seismic and weathering steel for building structures were studied.The content of C,Si,Mn,S,P and other alloying elements in the developed welding wire was strictly controlled in proportion.By adjusting the proportion of alloying elements,the balance of strength and toughness was achieved,and tensile strength and impact toughness were both obviously improved.It met anti-seismic and weathering requirements of Q690 MPa steel plate,and yield ratio of welding materials was controlled no more than 0.92.No hard brittle phase was found in the metallographic structure of weld,and columnar crystal was transformed into equiaxed crystal,and toughness was improved at macro level.The results showed that gas shielded welding wire HS80GJ for high strength low alloy steel had a good welding process and mechanical properties of the deposited metal met requirements of the test index.
