唐代渤海国“二元”地方制度下羁縻统辖研究

摘　　要：文王大钦茂时,渤海开始征服南黑水靺鞨诸部,并模仿唐朝建构羁縻府州体系。大嵩璘时已出现个别羁縻府州建置,至宣王大仁秀厘定全境府州县体制,羁縻府州制度最终完备。与渤海统治中心地区的府州建置相比,黑水靺鞨地区的府州表现出明显的羁縻统治特征。在这种“二元”地方制度的框架下,统治中心地区的首领势力逐渐被中原式的基层统辖取代。此时出现于日本文献中的首领实为黑水靺鞨地区羁縻府州下的首领。During the reign of Da Qinmao,Bohai Vassal State conquered various parts of the South Heishui Mohe(黑水靺鞨) and built the Jimi prefecture system by imitating the Tang Dynasty.In the time of Da Songlin,several Jimi prefectures had been established,and were finally completed when Da Renxiu determined the whole prefectural system.The prefecture of Heishui Mohe region showed obvious ruling characteristics of Jimi dominion compared with the prefectures in central area.Under the framework of this “Dual” local governance,the power of the chieftains in central area were gradually replaced by the Central Plains style local governance.At this time,the Chieftains in the Japanese literature were actually the chieftains of Jimi prefectures in Heishui Mohe region.
