唯物史观与新时代中国世界现代史学科体系建设

摘　　要：唯物史观是唯一科学的历史观。从一开始,中国世界现代史学科体系建设就是在唯物史观指导下进行的。早在延安时期,中共中央曾两次明确要求全党用唯物史观学习和研究历史。到1949年中华人民共和国成立前夕,带有宪法性质的《中国人民政治协商会议共同纲领》规定以唯物史观为国家政治生活一切领域的唯一科学的历史观。此后,包括中国世界现代史学科体系在内的中国历史学学科体系建设就是在唯物史观指导下进行的。经过探索和不断酝酿,到改革开放初期,中国构建了不同于西方体系和苏联体系的、具有中国特色的世界现代史学科体系。然而,20世纪80年代中后期以后,由于西方思想与史学思潮的影响,在中国世界现代史学科体系建设中出现了历史观混乱、唯物史观被淡化、立场观点不鲜明、西方化思维明显等问题。在新时代,我们要坚持唯物史观、坚持马克思主义及其中国化创新理论,站在新的历史起点上,总结经验教训,与时俱进,在世界现代史学科体系建设中守正创新、自信创新。Historical materialism is the only scientific standpoint in historical studies. As early as in the Yan’an period,the Chinese Communist Party Central Committee had twice offered concrete directives requesting that historical materialism be the guiding ideology in historical studies. On the eve of the founding of the People’s Republic of China in 1949,the Common Program of the Chinese People ’s Political Consultative Conference with a constitutional nature stipulated that historical materialism should be the only scientific standpoint of historical view in all walks of this country ’s political life. Since then,the development of China’s history discipline,including the field of contemporary world history,has been carried out under the guidance of historical materialism,which is totally different from that in the West and the Soviet system.However,due to the influences of the West,China ’s contemporary world history discipline faced some problems after the mid-to-late 1980s,such as the confusion of historical views,the marginalization of historical materialism,the vague position and unclear standpoint in the interpretation of history,and the rapid Westernization of thinking. In the new era,we should uphold historical materialism,hold high the great banner of Marxism,especially the Marxism with Chinese characteristics. In doing so,we can place ourselves on the front of historical development to draw on experience and lessons from the past,to keep pace with the changing times.
