摘  要:低压配电台区三相不平衡治理有利于解决台区线损过高、供电质量差等问题,对提升台区的经济运行水平具有重要意义。与此同时,低压负荷自动换相装置的安装应用使台区三相不平衡治理更加灵活。在此背景下,提出了面向台区三相不平衡治理的低压负荷自动换相装置选址定容规划策略。首先,分析基于换相装置切换的台区三相不平衡治理模式,对参与三相不平衡治理的用户进行划分并定义三相不平衡度指标。然后,建立以换相装置系统建设成本与各场景总运行费用之和最小化为目标的低压负荷自动换相装置选址定容规划模型,以确定自动换相装置的最优安装位置与容量。最后,以某低压台区为例验证所提模型的有效性。Three-phase load unbalance mitigation is conducive to solving the problems of high line loss and poor power supply quality in the low-voltage distribution station area.It is significant for improving the economic operation level of the station area.Besides,the installation and application of automatic phase commutation devices for the low-voltage load make the three-phase unbalance mitigation of the station area more flexible.In this background,a siting and sizing planning of automatic phase commutation devices is proposed for three-phase unbalance mitigation in the station area.Firstly,the three-phase unbalance mitigation mode of the station area based on automatic phase commutation devices is analyzed.The users participating in the threephase unbalance mitigation are divided and the three-phase unbalance degree is defined.Then,a planning model for the siting and sizing of automatic phase commutation devices is proposed to minimize the sum of the construction cost of the commutation device system and the total operation cost in all the scenarios,so as to obtain the optimal siting and sizing of the devices.Finally,the validity of the proposed model is verified by taking a low-voltage station area as an example.
