摘　　要：社区居家养老服务是基层社区公共服务的重要组成部分,多元主体创新参与方式、实现合作治理逐步成为各地居家社区养老服务发展的必然路径。本文以北京市X社区中构建的“社区+国企”治理模式的实践探索为案例,从嵌入式合作的视角呈现党建引领下社区与国企在养老服务供给体系中的合作机制。通过党建共建的方式,X社区与C公司在主体建设、服务拓展、资源整合和平台供给四个方面紧密合作,实现了为老服务与社区治理的有效融合,从而为完善养老服务供给结构、推动社区自治等方面贡献了积极力量。Community home-based elderly care services are an important part of community-level community public services.Multiple subjects innovating the way of participation and realizing cooperative governance have gradually become an inevitable path for the development of home-based community elderly care services in various regions.This paper takes the practice exploration of the“community+state-owned enterprise”governance model constructed in the X community in Beijing as an example,and presents the cooperation mechanism between the community and state-owned enterprises in the elderly care service supply system under the leadership of party building from the perspective of embedded cooperation.Through the method of party building and co-construction,X community and C company cooperate closely in the four aspects of main body construction,service expansion,resource integration and platform supply,realizing the effective integration of service for the elderly and community governance.Therefore,it has contributed positively to improving the supply structure of elderly care services and promoting community autonomy.
