摘　　要：基于DEA-Malmquist评价模型,本文对2016—2020年江苏省13个地级市医疗卫生支出效率进行了测度分析。结果表明:不同城市的医疗卫生支出效率相差较大,多数城市在纯技术效率和规模效率两方面都存在不同程度的提升空间;江苏省医疗卫生支出效率整体呈下降态势,技术进步的下滑是导致效率降低的主要原因;从空间角度来看,不同城市医疗卫生支出效率的变化情况有较大差异,且在时间上呈现出波动性变化,从区域全要素生产效率增长情况来看:苏中>苏北>苏南。Based on the DEA-Malmquist evaluation model,this paper measures and analyzes the efficiency of medical and health expenditure in 13 prefecture level cities in Jiangsu Province from 2016 to 2020.The results show that the efficiency of medical and health expenditure varies greatly in different cities,and most cities have different degrees of improvement space in terms of pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency;The overall efficiency of medical and health expenditure in Jiangsu Province is declining,and the decline of technological progress is the main reason for the decline of efficiency;From the perspective of space,the changes of medical and health expenditure efficiency in different cities are quite different,and show fluctuating changes in time.From the growth of regional total factor production efficiency:Central Jiangsu>Northern Jiangsu>Southern Jiangsu.
