摘　　要：我国正在建设一个具有中国特色的知识产权法院体系,但由于知识产权司法保护的特殊性,需要以更加科学合理的措施对知识产权体系进行完善。本文通过分析中国特色知识产权存在的优势和现行知识产权法院存在的问题,主要从知识产权专门法院的布局、知识产权上诉法院的创建、“三审合一”模式的实现以及审判队伍建设的优化等方面提出了完善措施。China is building an intellectual property court system with Chinese characteristics,but due to the particularity of intellectual property judicial protection,it is necessary to improve the intellectual property system with more scientific and reasonable measures.By analyzing the advantages of intellectual property with Chinese characteristics and the problems existing in the current intellectual property court,this paper mainly puts forward improvement measures from the layout of intellectual property special court,the establishment of intellectual property appeal court,the realization of“three trials in one”mode and the optimization of trial team construction.
