石榴皮止泻散水煎液对小鼠肠运动的影响研究

摘　　要：为评价石榴皮止泻散水煎液对小鼠肠运动的影响,用0.50 g/kg、1.00 g/kg和2.00 g/kg剂量的石榴皮止泻散水煎液分别灌胃正常小鼠和番泻叶致泻小鼠,阴性对照组小鼠灌胃同体积生理盐水,观察并比较石榴皮止泻散对正常小鼠和番泻叶致泻小鼠小肠推进运动的影响。结果显示,石榴皮止泻散水煎液对正常小鼠的肠道炭末推进率无显著影响;与阴性对照组比较,石榴皮止泻散水煎液(1.00 g/kg和2.00 g/kg)可极显著降低(P<0.01)番泻叶致泻小鼠肠道炭末推进率。结果表明,石榴皮止泻散水煎液可以抑制泄泻小鼠的肠道运动而降低肠道炭末推进率。In order to evaluate the effects of the aqueous decoction of Shiliupi Zhixiesan on the intestinal motility of mice,0.50 g·kg^(-1) body weight,1.00 g·kg^(-1) body weight and 2.00 g·kg^(-1) body weight of Shiliupi Zhixiesan aqueous decoction were administered to normal mice and senna-induced diarrhea model mice respectively by gavage,and the negative control mice were gavaged with the same volume of saline,the effects on the propulsive motility of the small intestine of normal mice and diarrhea model mice were compared.The results showed that there was no significant effect of the aqueous decoction of Shiliupi Zhixiesan on the propulsion rate of intestinal charcoal powder in normal mice,while the propulsion rate of intestinal charcoal powder was significantly lower in the aqueous decoction of Shiliupi Zhixiesan(1.00 g·kg^(-1) body weight and 2.00 g·kg^(-1) body weight)group compared with the negative control group in diarrhea model mice(P<0.01).The results indicated that the aqueous decoction of Shiliupi Zhixiesan could inhibit the intestinal motility and reduce the charcoal powder propulsion rate in diarrhea model mice.
