摘　　要：由于饲养不当、高脂肪物质投喂过度等原因,极易造成犬肥胖症。此外,犬进入老年期易患糖尿病、胰腺炎等慢性代谢性疾病,易并发高脂血症,进而恶化为动脉粥样硬化。目前,国内外暂无兽用防治犬动脉粥样硬化的药物,亟待研发出安全、高效的兽用抗动脉粥样硬化药物。本文对动脉粥样硬化的致病机制、巨噬细胞胆固醇代谢紊乱产生泡沫化的机制等进行概述,分析近年来国内外抗动脉粥样硬化药物的研究现状、作用机制及发展趋势,为兽用抗动脉粥样硬化药物的研究提供理论依据。Because of improper feeding and excessive feeding of high fat substances,it is easy for canine to cause obesity.In addition,canine are prone to chronic metabolic diseases such as diabetes and pancreatitis in the elderly.They are prone to concurrent hyperlipidemia and deteriorate into atherosclerosis.At present,there are no veterinary drugs for the prevention and treatment of canine atherosclerosis at home and abroad.It is urgent to develop a safe and efficient veterinary anti atherosclerosis drug.In this paper,the pathogenic mechanism of atherosclerosis and the mechanism of foaming caused by the disorder of cholesterol metabolism of macrophages were summarized,and the research status,mechanism and development trend of anti-atherosclerosis drugs at home and abroad were analyzed in recent years,so as to provide theoretical basis for the research of veterinary anti-atherosclerosis drugs.
