摘  要:通过对50N-16整铸高锰钢辙叉造型砂主粒度占比、砂型即时抗压强度进行控制改进,对砂型型腔进行热风烘干,辙叉表面进行抛丸打砂处理,采用覆膜砂进行道钉孔造型,改善了辙叉表面及浅表面气孔缺陷。借助高能射线数字检测方式,重点监控辙叉内部质量,增加热处理1080℃高温保温阶段,精控热处理即时温差,提高辙叉基体材料性能。结果表明:通过系列工艺改进,可以很好地控制辙叉表面及内部质量缺陷,并使得辙叉基体材料性能得到一定提高,达到了新品辙叉关键技术研发目标。The frog cavity was dried by hot air,the surface of the frog was shot blasting and grit blasting,and the hole was shaped by the coated sand,through the treatments above,the stoma defects on the surface and the shallow surface of the frog were improved.By means of high-energy ray digital detection method,the internal quality of the frog was mainly controlled.Increase heat treatment 1080℃high temperature holding stage,the temperature difference of heat treatment was precisely controlled,and the properties of the frog substrate were improved.The results show that the quality defects of the frog surface can be better controlled and the properties of the frog substrate are improved.A new high manganese steel frog key technology research and development goal is achieved.
