摘  要:目的优化大黄泻浊颗粒的提取工艺。方法在单因素试验的基础上,以加水量、提取时间、浸泡时间为考察因素,以大黄酸、阿魏酸、丹酚酸B含量及干膏率为考察指标,利用Box-Behnken响应面法设计实验,信息熵理论确定各指标权重,计算综合评分M;通过分析回归方程模型,考察各因素对提取效果的影响,优选出最佳提取工艺,并对该工艺进行验证。结果最佳提取工艺参数为加9倍量水,浸泡50 min,共提取222 min;验证试验结果显示,实际M值与模型预测M值相差<1.0%。结论优化的提取工艺稳定可靠,可为大黄泻浊颗粒后期开发和应用提供依据,也为医疗机构中药制剂研究提供参考。Objective To optimize the extraction process of Dahuang Xiezhuo granules.Methods On the basis of single factor experiment,with water addition,extraction time,soaking time as investigation factors,rhein,ferulic acid,salvianolic acid B content and dry extract rate as investigation indexes,the experiment was designed by Box-Behnken response surface method,the weight of each index was determined by information entropy theory,and the comprehensive score M was calculated.By analyzing the regression equation model,the influence of various factors on the extraction effect was investigated,and the best extraction process was selected and verified.Results The optimum extraction process parameters were as follows:adding 9 times of water,soaking for 50 min,and extracting for 222 min;The test results show that the difference between the actual M value and the pre⁃dicted M value of the model is less than 1.0%.Conclusion The optimized extraction process is stable and reliable,which can provide a basis for the later development and application of Dahuang Xiezhuo Granule,and also provide a reference for the re⁃search of traditional Chinese medicine preparations in medical institutions.
