摘  要:目的优选补肺胶囊的最佳的提取工艺条件。方法运用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定黄芪甲苷、补骨脂素和异补骨脂素以及总多糖四个指标的含量,将某一指标成分以各提取工艺中提取出的含量最高(m_(max))的计100分,综合评分方法为:f=m_(测)/m_(max)×100,综合评分=f_(黄芪甲苷)×0.4+f(补骨脂素+异补骨脂素)×0.3+f_(总多糖)×0.3。结果优选提取工艺条件为浸泡1h,煎煮3次,每次2h,60℃减压浓缩至1.2~1.35g/ml,最佳浓缩温度为80℃,常压干燥时综合评分最高。结论在优化条件下,工艺稳定可行,综合评分最高,可为补肺胶囊的质量控制及工业生产提供科学参考。Objective To optimize the extraction conditions of Bufei capsule.Methods The contents of astragaloside IV,psoralen,isopsoralen and total polysaccharide were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).One index component was counted into 100 points with the highest content(Mmax)extracted from each extraction process.The comprehensive scoring method was as follows:F=mtest/m_(max)×100,comprehensive score=F_(astragaloside) IV×0.4+F(psoralen+isopsoralen)×0.3+F_(total polysaccharide)×0.3.Results The optimal extraction conditions were soaking for 1 hour,decocting for 3 times for 2 hours each time,decompression concentration at 60℃to 1.2-1.35g/mL,the optimal concentration temperature was 80℃atmospheric pressure drying,the comprehensive score was the highest.Conclusion Under the optimized conditions,the process is stable and feasible,and the comprehensive score is the highest,which can provide scientific reference for the quality control and industrial production of Bufei capsule.
