电针对营养性肥胖小鼠肠道菌群结构组成的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨电针对营养性肥胖鼠肠道菌群的良性调整作用。方法复制营养性肥胖模型,将造模成功的肥胖鼠分成模型组和电针组,电针组针刺天枢、关元、足三里及三阴交,观察各组实验鼠体重及Lee’s指数的差异变化,利用生物统计方法,分析肠道菌群结构的改变规律。结果模型组的体重及Lee’s指数显著高于正常组,模型组的Rhodospirillales(红螺螺旋藻菌属),Desulfovibrionales(脱硫弧菌),Deferribacterales(去铁杆菌属),Micavibacterales(微杆菌属)显著高于正常组(P<0.01),Nitrospirales(硝化螺旋藻),Betaproteobacteriales(β-变形细菌),Bacteroidales(拟杆菌)等菌门显著低于正常组,经电针干预后,实验鼠的体重及Lee’s指数明显下降(P<0.01),且异常的菌属趋向正常组的结构种类。经Spearman系数的关联分析,Roseburia(玫瑰菌),Lachnoclostridium(梭状芽孢杆菌),Lachnospiraceae(乳酸杆菌科),Oscillibacter,Odoribacter之间的关联紧密,具有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论电针治疗肥胖与改善调节肠道菌群密切相关,为进一步研究电针调控作用具有重要意义。Objective To explore the benign adjustment effect of electroacupuncture on the intestinal flora of nutritionally obese mice.Methods Copied the nutritional obesity model,divided the successfully modeled obese rats into a model group and an elec⁃tro-acupuncture group.In the electro-acupuncture group,pinpricked acupoints of Tianshu,Guanyuan,Zusanli and Sanyin⁃jiao,and observed the differences in the weight and Lee's index of the experimental rats in each group,and used biostatistics methods to analyze the changes in the structure of the intestinal flora.Results The body weight and Lee's index of the model group were significantly higher than those of the normal group.The Rhodospirillales,Desulfovibrionales,Deferribacterales,and Micavi⁃bacterales of gut flora in the model group were significantly higher than normal group;and the Nitrospirales,Betaproteobacteria⁃les,Bacteroides of intestinal flora in the model group were significantly lower than the normal group.After electroacupuncture treatment,the weight of experimental mice And Lee's index decreased significantly(P<0.01),and abnormal bacterial genera tended to the structural types of the normal group.According to the correlation analysis of Spearman coefficient,Roseburia,Lach⁃noclostridium,Lachnospiraceae,Oscillibacter,Odoribacter are closely related and have significant differences(P<0.01).Con⁃clusion Electroacupuncture treatment of obesity is closely related to improving the regulation of intestinal flora,which is of great significance for further research on the regulation of acupuncture.
