Cine-MRI对育龄期女性子宫内膜蠕动波的观察研究

摘　　要：目的利用磁共振电影成像(Cine-MRI)技术探讨子宫内膜蠕动波的规律.方法利用Cine-MRI技术对志愿者于不同月经周期进行扫描,观察子宫内膜蠕动波方向,测量蠕动幅度.利用配对样本t检验及单因素ANOVA检验比较不同月经周期、不同部位子宫内膜的蠕动幅度.结果子宫内膜蠕动方向随月经周期而变化.子宫前、后壁蠕动幅度无明显差异;子宫前壁内膜1/4、1/2处月经期蠕动幅度较黄体期高;子宫前壁1/4处月经期蠕动幅度较排卵前期高.月经期子宫后壁内膜1/4处蠕动幅度较3/4处低;排卵前期子宫前、后壁内膜1/4处蠕动幅度较1/2、3/4处低;排卵期子宫后壁内膜1/4处蠕动幅度较3/4处低;黄体期子宫前、后壁内膜1/4处蠕动幅度较3/4处低.结论Cine-MRI研究子宫内膜蠕动波具有优势;子宫内膜蠕动波的方向随月经周期的变化而不同;子宫内膜蠕动幅度存在一定变化规律.Objective To investigate the regularity of endometrial peristaltic wave by using the cine magnetic resonance imaging(Cine-MRI)technique.Methods The recruited volunteers were measured the direction of endometrial peristaltic wave and the peristaltic amplitude by the Cine-MRI during the different menstrual cycles.The differences of the endometrial peristalsis between the different menstrual cycles and sites were compared with paired-sample t-tests and one-way ANOVA test.Results The direction of endometrial peristalsis changed through the menstrual cycle.There was no significant difference in the peristaltic amplitude between the anterior and posterior uterine walls,the peristaltic amplitude during menstruation was higher in the positions 1/4 and 1/2 of the endometrium of the anterior uterine wall than in the luteal phase,further,the peristaltic amplitude during menstruation was higher in the position 1/4 of the anterior uterine wall than in the preovulatory phase.During menstruation,the peristaltic amplitude at 1/4 of the posterior endometrium was lower than that at 3/4,during the preovulatory phase,the peristaltic amplitude at 1/4 of the anterior and posterior endometrium was lower than that at 1/2 and 3/4,during ovulation,the peristaltic amplitude at 1/4 of the posterior endometrium was lower than that at 3/4,and during the luteal phase,the peristaltic amplitude at 1/4 of the anterior and posterior endometrium was lower than that at 3/4.Conclusion The Cine-MRI has advantages in studying endometrial peristaltic wave.The direction of endometrial peristaltic wave varying with the change of menstrual cycle;there are some changes in endometrial peristaltic amplitude.
