摘 要:目的探讨三维自适应迭代剂量降低(AIDR 3D)算法在婴幼儿胸部CT低剂量容积扫描中的应用价值.方法选取呼吸道疾病患儿90例,按照不同重建方式分为A、B2组:A组采用AIDR 3D算法重建,B组采用滤波反投影(FBP)算法重建.对2组图像的肺窗和纵隔窗分别进行主观评分;再对2组图像感兴趣区(ROI)的CT值、标准差(SD)值、信噪比(SNR)值分别进行客观数据测量.结果2组图像主观评价中,肺窗图像均能满足诊断要求,评分无统计学差异(P>0.05);纵隔窗图像A组可以满足诊断需求的图像(评分为4、5分)数量大于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组图像客观评价中,ROI测量的CT值接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).SD值测量中A组图像明显低于B组,SNR值测量中A组图像明显高于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论AIDR 3D算法在婴幼儿胸部CT低剂量容积扫描中可以得到符合诊断要求的图像,可以降低噪声、提高图像质量,具有较好的临床应用价值.Objective To evaluate the application value of three-dimensional adaptive iterative dose reduction(AIDR 3D)algorithm with low-dose volume scan mode on infant chest CT.Methods A total of 9o infants with respiratory diseases were collected,and all infants were divided into group A and group B according to different reconstruction methods:group A was reconstructed by AIDR 3D algorithm,and group B was reconstructed by filtered back projection(FBP)algorithm.Subjective scores were performed for the two groups of images.The CT values,standard deviation(SD)values and signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)values of the region of interest(ROI)of the two groups of images were further objectively measured.Results In the subjective image evaluation,the quality in lung window image could meet the diagnostic requirements,and there was no statistical difference in the scores between two groups(P>0.05).The number of mediastinal window image that could meet the diagnostic requirements(score:4 and 5)in group A were significantly larger than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the objective image evaluation,the CT values measured in the ROI were similar,with no statistical significantly difference between two groups(P>0.05).The SD values of group A were significantly lower than that of group B,however,the SNR values of group A were significantly higher than the group B(P<0.05).Conclusion AIDR 3D algorithm can obtain images in accordance with the diagnostic requirements in the condition of low-dose volume scan on infant chest CT,observably reducing the noise and improving the image quality.It has good clinical application value.
