摘 要:目的研究准直器及能窗对钇-90(^(90)Y)韧致辐射SPECT平面显像图像质量的影响.方法获取90Y韧致辐射能峰,比较低能高分辨率准直器(LEHRC)、高能通用型准直器(HEGPC)及不同能窗时^(90)Y韧致辐射平面显像的灵敏度、源计数/有效视野计数百分比(S/FOV%)、靶/本比值(TBR).结果90Y韧致辐射能谱为连续曲线,在无准直器、LEHRC及HEGPC时能峰分别为83.2 keV、75.3 keV及72.7 keV.HEGPC图像清楚;90 keV±20%、110 keV±20%、80 keV±30%、100 keV±30%及94 keV+40%能窗时,HEGPC灵敏度明显优于LEHRC.任一能窗,HEGPC的TBR及S/FOV%均明显优于LEHRC;10%窗宽,60 keV、70 keV、100 keV、110 keV时,TBR较高,但灵敏度较低;HEGPC时70 keV±20%、100 keV±30%、94 keV±40%窗宽,TBR分别为59.53、30.91、40.53,灵敏度分别为18.11%、55.67%、59.09%.结论HEGPC的90Y韧致辐射图像质量优于LEHRC;94 keV+40%是90Y韧致辐射显像的最佳能窗.Objective To study the effect of energy window and collimator on the image quality of yttrium-9o(o Y)bremsstrahlung SPECT planar imaging.Methods The energy peak of 90 Y bremsstrahlung were obtained,and the sensitivity,percentage of the source counts in useful field of view(S/FOV%)and target-background-ratio(TBR)of 90 Y bremsstrahlung planar imaging at low energy high resolution collimator(LEHRC)and high energy general purpose collimator(HEGPC)were compared,respectively.Results The energy spectrum of 90 Y bremsstrahlung was a continuous curve with peaks of 83.2 keV,75.3 keV and 72.7 keV without collimator,with LEHRC and HEGPC,respectively.The images obtained with the HEGPC were clear.The sensitivity of HEGPC was significantly better than that of LEHRC at 90 keV±20%,110 keV±20%,80 keV±30%,100 keV±30%and 94 keV±40%energy windows.The TBR and S/FOV%of HEGPC were significantly better than those of LEHRC at any energy window.At 10%window width,the TBR was higher at 60keV,70keV,100keV,110keV,but the sensitivity was lower;at 70keV±20%,100keV±30%,94 keV±40%energy windows with HEGPC,TBR was 59.53,30.91,40.53,and sensitivity was 18.11%,55.67%,59.09%,respectively.Conclusion The 90Y bremsstrahlung image quality of HEGPC is better than that of LEHRC;94 keV±40%is the best energywindow.
