摘 要:炼钢余热回收及利用是炼钢行业绿色发展的途径之一,通过对炼钢炉出口约2 000℃高温区到除尘器入口约200℃低温区的整个区间段的烟气研究分析,以某公司120 t氩氧精炼炉在炼钢过程中所产生的余热回收为例,经过计算分析,建立了一套新型的整体余热锅炉系统,把高温段和低温段的余热资源,统一综合利用,挖掘钢铁企业的节能潜力,适应国家节能减排的要求。The recovery and utilization of steel-making waste heat is one of the ways for the green development of the steel-making industry.The flue gas from the high temperature area at the exit of the steelmaking furnace at about 2 000 ℃ to the low temperature area at the entrance of the dust collector at about 200 ℃ is analyzed.Take the waste heat recovery from the company’s 120 t argon-oxygen refining furnace in the steelmaking process as an example.After calculation and analysis, a new type of overall waste heat boiler system has been established to unify and comprehensively utilize the waste heat resources in the high temperature section and low temperature section to mine steel.The energy-saving potential of the enterprise meets the national energy-saving and emission-reduction requirements.
