摘 要:某钢厂2 250mm热连轧生产线加热炉与同类型生产线相比,其单位燃耗高,煤气消耗量大。通过分析影响加热炉单位燃耗的主要原因,制定并采取了提高热装热送比率,优化外购坯生产组织,降低低碳钢出炉温度,提高助燃空气预热温度等措施。降低了单位燃耗,对热连轧加热炉降低单位燃耗方面具有借鉴作用。Compared with the same type of production line, the unit fuel consumption and gas consumption of reheating furnace of 2 250 mm hot rolling production line in a steel company are higher.Through the analysis of the main factors affecting the unit fuel consumption of heating furnace, to improve the ratio of hot charging and hot delivery, optimize the production organization of purchased slab, reducing the discharing temperature of low carbon steel, measures to increase the preheating temperature of combustion air, etc.Unit fuel consumption is reduced it can be used for reference to reduce the unit fuel consumption of hot rolling furnace.
