摘　　要：以热电偶为研究对象,深入论述了热电偶的工作原理、校准规范要求、热电偶的分类、精度要求、热电偶的选择、重复使用要求,在此基础上,结合企业实际的认证过程与使用经验,总结了Nadcap认证过程中针对热电偶内容的不符合项产生的原因及解决方法。为Nadcap认证的热处理供应商及Nadcap热处理高温测量技术人员提供了高效的方法指导。With thermocouple as the research object, the working principle of thermocouple, calibration specification requirements, the choice of classification, the accuracy requirement of thermocouple, the choice of thermocouple, repeated use requirements are discussed and on this basis, combining enterprise certification process and application of actual experience, summed up the Nadcap authentication for thermocouple content in the process of the cause of nonconformities and solving methods.Provide efficient method guidance for Nadcap certified heat treatment suppliers and Nadcap heat treatment high temperature measurement technicians.
