摘 要:随动阀是隔膜压缩机关键组件之一,随动阀的膜片的寿命直接影响其可靠性。因此,针对隔膜压缩机随动阀工作原理,耦合模拟阀腔内部气体与油的流动以及膜片的运动,分析了加氢站隔膜压缩机的随动阀膜片应力及变形的规律。结果表明:随动阀阀门打开时,膜片变形的一致性良好,膜片中心位置应力最大;阀门关闭时,油压降低,膜片向阀座开槽方向弯曲增大,应力增加,最大应力在阀座开槽的边缘位置。Servo valve is one of the key components of diaphragm compressor.The life of its diaphragm affects its reliability directly.Therefore,aiming at the working principle of aservo valve used for diaphragm compressor,coupled with the movement of the diaphragm,the flow of gas and oil in aservo valve was simulated,and the laws of diaphragm stress and deformation of servo valve of diaphragm compressor for hydrogen refueling station are analyzed.The results show that when the valve is open,the diaphragm deformation is consistent and the stress is greatest at the center of diaphragm,and when the valve is closed,the oil pressure decreases,the diaphragm bends towards the seat slot and the stress increases,with the maximum stress at the edge of the seat slot.
