摘 要:针对无油涡旋空压机涡旋盘在运行过程中存在的变形和应力问题,以压缩工作腔流场分析数据为基础,开展涡旋盘应力应变分析。首先采用SolidWorks建立涡旋盘三维简化模型,导入ANSYS中;然后基于实际运行工况,添加边界条件以及压力、温度载荷,计算涡旋盘应力分布以及变形规律;最后分析模型涡旋齿高、材料属性等参数对涡旋盘应力应变结果的影响。研究结果表明:涡旋盘运行时,应力最大位置在齿头根部,应变最大位置在齿头顶部,减小涡旋齿高度,增大材料杨氏模量可减小涡旋齿变形量。此研究对提高无油涡旋空压机设计安全性具有一定参考意义。Aiming at the problem of stress and strain existed in the operating process of the scroll plate of oil-free scroll air compressor,the analysis of stress and strain of scroll plate was proposed based on the analysis data of compression chamber flow field.Firstly,a 3D simplified model of scroll plate was built by SolidWorks and then imported into ANSYS.Afterwards,the boundary conditions,temperature and pressure load conditions based on the actual operating condition were added to the plate,by which the stress distribution and deformation law was calculated.At last,the parameter analysis was conducted to study the influence of the scroll tooth height,scroll disk thickness and the material on the stress and strain field.The result showed that the maximum stress value and strain value located at the root and the top of vortex teeth respectively.And the strain could be decreased by decreasing the height of tooth or by increasing the young modulus.The study has some reference significance to improve the design safety of oil-free scroll air compressor.
