摘  要:多级高压往复压缩机的启机过程较为复杂,研究启机过程中各参数的动态变化对于压缩机的运行维护具有重要的指导意义。对一台高压四级四列的往复压缩机的启机过程进行测试,研究启机过程中各级压力、曲轴动态扭矩及压缩机轴功率的动态变化。结果表明:该机启机过程约为400 s,启机过程中压缩机各级排气压力稳步上升,低压级排气压力比高压级先达到稳定状态;随着压力的升高,压缩机轴功率变大。对启机过程曲轴动态扭矩进行分析,得到压缩机轴系的扭转固有频率为56.2 Hz。将稳定运行时的轴功率与机器空载时的轴功率进行比较,得到实验工况下压缩机的机械效率为85%。The starting process of multistage high pressure reciprocating compressor is complicated.It has important guiding meaning to study the dynamic changes of parameters during the starting process for the operation and maintenance of compressor.This paper tests the starting process of a high pressure four-stage and four-column reciprocating compressor,and studies the dynamic changes of all levels of pressure,crankshaft dynamic torque and compressor shaft power during starting process.The results show that the starting process of compressor takes about 400 s.During the starting process,the exhaust pressure of all levels of compressor rises steadily,and the exhaust pressure of low pressure stage reaches a stable state first than that of high pressure stage.As the pressure increases,the compressor shaft power increases.By analyzing the dynamic torque of crankshaft during the starting process,the natural torsional frequency of compressor shafting is 56.2 Hz.By comparing the shaft power under stable operation with that under no-load condition,the mechanical efficiency of the compressor is 85%under the test condition.
