摘 要:目的:分析重症肺炎患儿应用超短波理疗清肺辅助治疗的效果及对炎症水平和细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:选取我科2020年8月至2021年9月期间102例重症肺炎患儿作为研究对象,采用抽签法分组。对照组51例给予常规治疗干预,观察组51例超短波理疗清肺辅助治疗。1 w后,记录两组患儿临床症状表现,以酶联免疫吸附法检测炎症水平,以全自动生化分析仪检测细胞免疫功能。结果:观察组患儿咳嗽消失时间、肺啰音消失时间低于对照组,日排痰量高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿肿瘤坏死因子-α、C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:超短波理疗清肺辅助治疗能够有效改善重症肺炎患儿炎症反应,减轻临床症状,提高细胞免疫功能,临床推广应用价值较高。Objective:To analyze the effect of ultrashort wave physiotherapy on lung clearing in children with severe pneumonia and its effect on inflammation level and cellular immune function.Methods:A total of 102 children with severe pneumonia in our department from August 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects and grouped by lottery.51 cases in the control group were treated with routine treatment,while 51 cases in the observation group were treated with ultrashort wave physiotherapy.One week later,the clinical symptoms of the two groups were recorded.The level of inflammatory was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and cellular immune function was detected by automatic biochemical analyzer.Results:The disappearance time of cough and pulmonary rales in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the daily sputum volume was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of C reactive protein and interleukin-6 were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrashort wave physiotherapy can effectively improve the inflammatory response of children with severe pneumonia,reduce clinical symptoms,improve cellular immune function,and has high clinical application value.
