摘  要:为研究缺口对金属材料力学性能的影响,以供水管道用H60黄铜缺口件为研究对象,基于正交试验的设计方法进行试验,采用三维数字散斑变形应变测量系统和万能拉伸试验机,测量并分析了黄铜的抗拉强度、屈服强度等力学性能参数及应力应变曲线,得到了在板材颈缩处的应变场与位移场。分析试验得到的数据,对Johnson-Cook本构模型的材料参数进行标定,最后将Johnson-Cook本构模型的材料参数应用于ABAQUS软件的动力显式分析中,模拟拉伸试验的过程,与三维数字图像相关法得到的数据作了全场对比,结果误差在允许范围内,验证了模拟的可行性与实用性。In order to study the influence of notch on mechanical properties of metal materials, this paper takes H60 brass notch for water supply pipeline as research object, based on design method of orthogonal test, and uses three-dimensional digital speckle deformation and strain measuring system and universal tensile tester to measure and analyze the mechanical properties parameters such as tensile strength, yield strength, and stress-strain curve of brass, which to obtain the strain field and displacement field at the necking of the plate. Experimental data are analyzed and the material parameters of Johnson-Cook constitutive model are calibrated. Finally, the material parameters of Johnson-Cook constitutive model are applied to the dynamic explicit analysis of ABAQUS software to simulate the process of tensile test and compare it with the data obtained by three-dimension digital image correlation method. The results accord with the error range of the experiment, which verifies the feasibility and practicability of the simulation.
