摘 要:目的探究团体沙盘游戏疗法在儿童社会技能训练中的应用价值。方法采用团体沙盘干预结合问卷调查,对8名存在不同程度社会技能问题的小学生进行为期2个多月的干预。结果参与干预的小学生在由家长评定的儿童社会技能量表得分有不同程度的降低,其中量表总分及社会表达与控制、情感感受与控制2个因子的前后测得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童在沙盘游戏中的行为从“非社会行为”到“社会行为”变化显著。非社会行为的数量逐渐减少,社会行为的数量逐渐增多。Objective To explore the application value of group sandplay therapy in social-skill training.Methods Group sandplay intervention and questionnaire survey were conducted over a period of more than two months eight primary school children with different degrees of social-skill problems.Results The scores of the children's social skills scale,evaluated by their parents,were all reduced,and there were significant differences among the total score of the scale,scores of social expression and control,and pretest and posttest of emotional feeling and control scores(P<0.05).Conclusion Group sandplay significantly changed the children's play behavior from"non-social behavior"to"social behavior";gradually,the number of social behaviors increased,while the number of non-social behaviors diminished.
