摘 要:目的探讨人际关系敏感对大学生心理资本的影响和领悟社会支持在其中的中介作用,以及生活压力事件的调节作用。方法采用人际关系敏感量表和心理资本量表、领悟社会支持量表和生活压力事件量表对湖州某本科院校561名大学生进行问卷调查。结果(1)领悟社会支持在人际关系敏感和大学生心理资本间起中介作用(γ=-0.20,P<0.05);(2)Mplus分析表明生活压力事件对领悟社会支持的中介作用具有调节作用,调节了中介过程的后半路径(γ=-0.23,P<0.05)。结论人际关系敏感对大学生心理资本的影响是有调节的中介效应。Objective To examine whether perceived social support mediated the relation between interpersonal sensitivity and psychological capital among college students and whether stressful life events moderated this mediating effect process.Methods The study recruited 561 college students as participants in the Huzhou district.The participants completed the interpersonal relationship sensitivity questionnaire,the psychological capital questionnaire,the perceived social support questionnaire,and the stressful life events questionnaire.Results(1)Interpersonal sensitivity negatively predicted psychological capital among college students.Perceived social support had a partial mediating effect between interpersonal sensitivity and psychological capital(γ=-0.20,P<0.05).Stressful life events moderated this mediation effect.Furthermore,stressful life events moderated the second path of the mediation(γ=-0.23,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of interpersonal sensitivity on psychological capital among college students was moderated by the mediating effect of perceived social support.
