摘 要:骨质疏松症是因年龄增长、雌激素下降和糖皮质激素用药等影响所致骨密度下降、骨微结构破坏和骨折风险增高的骨骼疾病。骨内细胞衰老和长期糖皮质激素用药等使成骨细胞功能下降、破骨细胞功能增强是骨质疏松症发生的机制。然而,对其具体机制研究仍然不足。越来越多高通量测序结果发现环状RNA在多种骨质疏松症类型中均有差异表达,并发现环状RNA能调节骨内干细胞、成骨细胞、破骨细胞的形成和功能。一些环状RNA还可作为骨质疏松症诊断和预后的生物标志物。本文综述了环状RNA在3种类型骨质疏松症的研究进展和对骨质疏松症诊断治疗的潜在作用。Osteoporosis is a bone disease with decreased bone mineral density, destruction of bone microstructure and increased risk of fracture due to age factors, and decreased estrogen level and hormone medication. The mechanism of osteoporosis is the inhibition of osteogenesis and the promotion of osteoclastogenesis caused by cellular aging and glucocorticoid treatment. However, the research on its specific mechanism is still insufficient. More and more high-throughout sequencing result show that circular RNAs have differential expression profiles in many types of osteoporosis, and some circular RNAs may regulate the formation and function of intraosseous stem cells, osteoblasts, and osteoclasts. This article reviews the research progress of circular RNA in three types of osteoporosis and its potential role in the diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis.
