摘  要:为了解和探讨太极拳锻炼对延缓老年人智力衰退效果的影响,采用瑞文标准推理简化测验对合肥市128名长期参与太极拳锻炼的老年人(锻炼组)和105名没有接触过太极拳锻炼的老年人(普通组)进行了智力衰退测试的调查比较,并分析太极拳锻炼对延缓老年人智力衰退效果的影响。结果表明:老年人有规律地参与太极拳锻炼可以提高延缓老年人智力衰退的效果;每周太极拳锻炼5次以上、每次锻炼时间持续120min以上、“与朋友一起”或“团体组织”参与太极拳的锻炼形式对延缓老年人智力衰退效果较好。In order to understand and explore the effect of Tai Chi exercise on delaying senile mental decline,128 elderly people(exercise group)who have been taking Tai Chi exercise for a long time and 105 elderly people(ordinary group)who have not been exposed to Tai Chi exercise in Hefei were investigated and compared by using Raven's standard simplified reasoning test,and the effect of Tai Chi exercise on delaying senile mental decline was analyzed.The results show that regular Tai Chi exercise can retard senile mental decline.The following participation forms have a better effect:the elderly exercise more than 5 times a week;the exercise time lasts for more than 120 minutes;exercise"with friends"or participate in"group exercise".
