摘  要:针对Austin-Palfery混油经验公式未考虑拖油尾的影响,建立三维模型,采用计算流体力学对相关因素进行了模拟和敏感性分析。结果表明:盲管段的混油机理为重力作用和湍流扩散,其中湍流扩散进行的时间远大于重力作用,在主管中形成了较大的混油量和较长的拖尾;流速增加,盲管中前行油品体积分数下降的速度逐渐减小,主管直径对盲管段油品替换时间的影响有限,盲管长度增加,油品替换时间大幅增加。最后,根据模拟结果对混油公式进行了修正,研究结果可为现场混油精准切割提供参考。In view of the fact that the influence of trailing oil tail was not considered in Austin-Palfery empirical formula for mixing oil,a three-dimensional model was established,and the relevant factors were simulated and sensitivity analysis was carried out by using computational fluid dynamics.The results show that the mixing oil mechanism of the blind section is gravity and turbulent diffusion,and the turbulent diffusion takes longer time than gravity,resulting in large amount of mixing oil and long trailing in the main pipe.With the increase of flow velocity,the decreasing speed of forward oil volume fraction decreases gradually,and the main diameter has limited influence on the oil replacement time in the blind section,while the oil replacement time increases greatly with the increase of the blind pipe length.Finally,the formula of oil mixing is modified according to the simulation results.The research results can provide reference for precise cutting of mixing oil on site.
