摘  要:对于损伤海底管道,为了校核其修复后的管道应力,确保处于安全范围,文中提出了一种利用SAGE Profile软件分析安装管卡后的管道应力方法,通过建模计算得到管道的沉降和等效应力,并利用《海底管道系统规范》中的许用应力设计校核法进行应力校核,结果表明,管道的沉降位移为114 mm,最大等效应力为142.41 MPa,最大等效应力小于安全工作应力,管道应力状态满足规范要求。For damaged offshore pipelines,in order to check the stress of the repaired pipeline to ensure that it is in a safe range,this paper proposed a method to analyze the pipeline stress after installing the clamp by using the SAGE Profile software.The sedimentation and equivalent stress of the pipeline were obtained by modeling and calculation and the allowable stress design check method in submarine pipeline system specification was used to check the stress.The result shows that the sedimentation of pipeline is 114 mm,the maximum equivalent stress is 142.41 MPa,which is less than the safe working stress.The stress state of the pipeline meets the requirements of the standard requirements.
