摘 要:为确定海底管道的临界悬跨长度,确保海底管线的安全运行,依据DNV-RP-F105规范要求,从避免悬跨管段发生涡激振动和悬空管段静态受力角度进行分析,分别计算了海管悬跨段的动态许用长度和静态许用长度,从而确定海底管道的临界悬跨长度。依据工程实例,给出了某悬跨管段计算的详细流程和计算结果,分析了引起该悬跨管段疲劳失效的主要因素,为悬跨管段的安全运行提供参考。In order to determine the critical suspended span length of submarine pipeline,and ensure the safe operation of submarine pipeline,according to the requirements of DNV-RP-F105 specification,the dynamic allowable length and static allowable length of submarine pipeline suspended span section were calculated respectively from the perspectives of avoiding vortex induced vibration and static stress of suspended pipeline section,so as to determine the critical suspended span length of submarine pipeline.According to the engineering example,the detailed calculation process and calculation results of a suspended span pipeline section were given,the main factors causing the fatigue failure of the suspended span pipeline section were analyzed,so as to provide reference for the safe operation of the suspended span pipe section.
