摘  要:针对锅炉在运行环境中发生故障,应了解锅炉关键承压部件的损伤模式,以提高锅炉运行的安全性和可靠性。文中以锅炉主蒸汽管道及水冷壁为例,依据锅炉检验时常见的损伤情况,结合承压设备损伤模式的相关分类标准,主要考虑高温环境的影响,对主蒸汽管道及水冷壁的损伤模式进行了分类研究。总结了高温环境下以蠕变、疲劳等为主的损伤情况及其产生原因和相关特点,为保障高温条件下锅炉承压部件的安全运行提供参考。Aiming at the failure of boiler in operation environment,in order to improve the safety and reliability of boiler operation,it is necessary to understand the damage mode of key bearing parts of boiler.This paper took main steam pipe and water-cooled wall of boiler as examples and according to the common damage situations of boiler inspection,combined with the related classification standards about the damage modes of pressure-bearing equipment and the influence of high-temperature environment was mainly considered,the damage modes of main steam pipe and water-cooled wall were classified and studied.The causes and related characteristics of creep,fatigue and other main damage modes under the high-temperature environment were summarized.It provides reference for the safe operation of boiler bearing parts under high temperature.
