摘 要:文中基于Workbench对DN200型硬密封蝶阀进行了水压试验工况的结构强度分析和设计工况下的温度场稳态仿真,分析加长阀颈后阀杆顶端温度是否在可操作的温度区间范围,对比不同热扩散系数对阀杆顶部温度计算结果的影响。研究结果表明:水压试验工况下,蝶阀阀体的最大应力值小于材料许用应力,可满足强度要求;自然对流换热系数设置越大,阀杆顶部温度越低;该硬密封蝶阀的加长阀颈是有效隔热和散热措施,可保证执行器能正常操作。The structural strength analysis of the DN200 hard-sealed butterfly valve under hydraulic test conditions and temperature field steady-state simulation under design conditions was carried out by Workbench.It was analyzed whether the temperature at the top of the valve stem was within an operable temperature range after the valve neck was lengthened,the influence of different thermal diffusivity on the temperature calculation result of the valve stem were compared.The research results show that the maximum stress value of the butterfly valve body is less than the allowable stress of the material under the hydraulic test conditions,which meets the strength requirements.The larger the thermal diffusion coefficient,the lower the temperature of the top of the valve stem is,the extended neck of the hard seal butterfly valve is an effective insulation and heat dissipation measure to ensure the normal operation of the actuator.
