数字经济背景下城乡商贸双向流通体系建设研究

摘　　要：我国长期存在重生产轻流通的现象,使得城乡市场处于分割状态,城乡商品在流通上存在资本和技术壁垒,亟需在理论和实践两方面构建科学合理城乡双向商贸流通体系。基于我国农产品交易方式落后、流通成本高、城市商业建设滞后、网点布局不合理、农产品流通中农户及中介组织缺失等问题,对城乡商贸流通体系的制约条件进行分析,提出数字经济背景下城乡双向商贸流通体系建设的思路和对策。There has been a long-term phenomenon of emphasizing production and neglecting circulation in China, which makes the urban and rural markets in a segmented state. There are capital and technical barriers in the circulation of urban and rural commodities. It is urgent to build a scientific and reasonable two-way commercial circulation system in both theory and practice. Based on the problems of backward trading methods of agricultural products, high circulation costs, lagging urban commercial construction, unreasonable network layout, and the lack of farmers and intermediary organizations in the circulation of agricultural products, this paper analyzes the constraints of the urban and rural commercial circulation system, and puts forward ideas and countermeasures for the construction of the urban and rural two-way commercial circulation system under the background of digital economy.
