摘　　要：农业合作化是我国农村发展的重要举措,农村集体经济是我国农村发展的基石。烟台市“党支部领办合作社联合社”作为集体经济发展的新型组织形式,从具体的合作实践出发,将党的组织优势和政治优势,发展成为经济优势,较上世纪的高级农业生产合作社更符合了农村经济发展的现实需要,符合生产力发展的需求,符合客观经济规律。在经营机制和效果分析对比的基础上为当今合作化实践提供经验与教训,为未来合作社系统性发展规划提供参考。Agricultural cooperation is an important measure of rural development and rural collective economy is the cornerstone of rural development. As a new organizational form of collective economy development, Party branch leading cooperative association in Yantai,from the concrete practice of cooperation, the party organizations and political advantages has develop into economic advantage. Compared with the previous century senior agricultural production cooperatives, it is more accord with the reality of rural economic development needs, meet the needs of the development of the productive forces and objective economic law. On the basis of the analysis and comparison of operation mechanism and effect, it provides experience and lessons for today’s cooperative practice, and provides reference for the future systematic development planning of cooperatives.
