摘　　要：当前国际商务环境复杂多变,世界经济不稳定性不确定性增强,数字贸易、“互联网+”、云计算、大数据、人工智能的发展,降低了产品的生命周期和交易成本。在当前的国际商务环境下,要想保持竞争力,国际商务专业硕士(MIB)人才需要具有一定的创新意识、创新精神和创业能力。国际商务专业硕士创新创业人才培养模式和路径,可以通过建立培养人文素质、批判性思维、创新精神、创业知识和技能的课程体系,采用理论讲授、案例分析、小组研讨的教学方法和专题讲座、校内外实习实践、加强对外交流与合作等多种培养形式,以及实行有利于学生创新创业能力发展的多样化考核方式等方面加以实现。The present international business environment is complex and changeable, as a result, the instability and uncertainty of the world economy have increased. The development of digital trade, "Internet +", cloud computing, big data and artificial intelligence has reduced the product life cycle and transaction costs. In the current international business environment, in order to maintain competitiveness, MIB talents need to have a certain sense of innovation and entrepreneurial ability. The training mode and path of innovative and entrepreneurial talents for the master of international business can be achieved by establishing a curriculum system to cultivate humanistic quality, critical thinking, innovative spirit, entrepreneurial knowledge and skills. And various training forms such as theoretical teaching, case analysis, group discussion teaching methods and special lectures, on campus and off campus practice, and strengthening foreign exchange and cooperation could be adopted with the implementation of a variety of assessment methods conducive to the development of students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
