摘　　要：党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视公安工作,作出一系列关于公安工作的重要论述,为新时代公安工作提供了根本遵循和行动指南。以全面深化公安改革正式启动、“5·19”讲话和出席全国公安工作会议、为中国人民警察队伍授旗并致训词、出席中央全面依法治国工作会议等重大事件为标志,习近平总书记关于公安工作的重要论述经历了发端、轮廓勾勒、聚焦拓展、持续深化的发展过程。深入探析这一发展过程,有着十分重要的经验启示。Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the CPC Central Committee with the Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has attached great importance to public security work, put forward a series of important exposition about public security work, and has provided a fundamental guideline for public security work in the new era. Marked by several significant events such as the comprehensive deepening of public security reform was officially launched, on May 19, 2017, he addressed and attended the national public security work conference, flag and lecture for the Chinese people’s police, and attended the central conference on comprehensively governing the country according to law, the General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important discourse on public security work has experienced the beginning, outline, focus and expansion, continuous deepening of the development process. It has very important experience enlightenment to deeply analyse of this development process.
