摘  要:以工业纯铝和混合稀土RE(Ce和La)为原料,制备出Al-8RE、Al-10RE和Al-15RE中间合金,并探讨了Al-RE中间合金对变形铝合金3102的细化机理。结果表明:Al-RE中间合金由α-Al、Al_(11)RE_(3)(Al_(11)Ce_(3)和Al_(11)La_(3))、Ce和La组成,不同稀土含量Al-RE中间合金微观组织形貌不同,Al-8RE、Al-10RE和Al-15RE中间合金组织分别为亚共晶组织、伪共晶组织和过共晶组织。随着稀土含量增加,Al-RE中间合金中Al_(11)RE_(3)相数量增多,尺寸增大。Al-RE中间合金对3102合金具有显著的细化效果,其中Al-10RE中间合金的细化效果最好。添加Al-RE中间合金可以提高产品性能,当添加10%RE时,性能提升最大。Al-8RE,Al-10RE and Al-15RE master alloys were prepared by using industrial pure aluminum and mixed rare earth RE(Ce and La)materials.The influence of the Al-RE master alloy on the microstructure and properties of the 3102 alloy was explored,and the refinement mechanism of the Al-RE master alloy was also studied.The results showed that the master alloy is composed ofα-Al,Al_(11)RE_(3)(Al_(11)Ce_(3)and Al_(11)La_(3)),Ce and La.The microstructure and morphology of the Al-RE master alloy with different rare earth contents are different.With the increase of rare earth content,the number and size of Al_(11)RE_(3)phases in the Al-RE master alloy increase.The Al-RE master alloy has a significant fineness to the 3102 alloy.Among them,the refining effect of Al-10RE master alloy is the best.Adding Al-RE master alloy can improve product performance.When adding 10%RE,the performance is highly improved.
