摘 要:以铜阳极泥为原料,研究了空气气氛下,硫酸化焙烧蒸硒过程中焙烧温度和焙烧时间等主要因素对蒸硒的影响。结果表明:铜阳极泥硫酸化焙烧蒸硒效果受焙烧温度和焙烧时间的影响较大,受空气流速和酸矿比的影响较小;在焙烧温度723 K、焙烧时间20 min、空气流速200 L/h、酸矿比0.75的较优条件下,蒸硒渣中硒含量可降至0.24%,硒挥发率为96.54%;蒸硒过程受化学反应动力学控制,表观活化能为42.509 kJ/mol。Copper anode slime was used as raw material to study the effects of roasting temperature and roasting time on selenium evaporation during sulfated roasting under air atmosphere.The results show that the effect of sulfated roasting of copper anode slime on selenium evaporation is greatly affected by roasting temperature and roasting time,and is less affected by air flow and acid ilmenite ratio.Under the optimum conditions of roasting temperature 723 K,roasting time 20 min,air flow rate 200 L/h and acid-ore ratio 0.75,the selenium content in selenium residue decreased to 0.24%,and the volatilization rate of selenium was 96.54%.The process of selenium evaporation is controlled by chemical reaction kinetics,and the apparent activation energy is 42.509 kJ/mol.
