摘  要:烧结矿碱度稳定率直接关系到高炉生产的稳定,同时也会影响到高炉的各项经济技术指标。2020年天津钢铁集团有限公司360m^(2)烧结机大修后,烧结矿产量和质量都得到了明显提高,但由于360m^(2)烧结机的混匀矿是由原料配料室直供,造成烧结混合料成分稳定性差、烧结成品矿碱度波动大,已影响到高炉生产的稳定。本文对影响360m^(2)烧结机烧结矿碱度稳定率的因素进行了分析,确定了影响烧结矿碱度稳定率的原因,并提出了工艺改进措施。通过提高原、燃料成分稳定性、降低混匀配料工序混匀矿成分波动、降低烧结配料工序烧结混合料碱度波动等工艺措施的实施,360m^(2)烧结机烧结矿碱度稳定率显著提高。The basicity stability rate of sinter is directly related to the stability of blast furnace production,meanwhile also affects various economic and technical indicators of blast furnace.In 2020,after the overhaul of the 360m^(2) sintering machine of Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.,the output and quality of sinter have been significantly improved,but because the blending ore of the 360m^(2) sintering machine is directly supplied by the stock yard ingredients room,the stability of the composition of the sintering mixture is poor,and the basicity of the sintered finished ore fluctuates greatly,which has affected the stability of the blast furnace production.This paper analyses the factors affecting sinter basicity stability rate of 360m^(2) sintering machine,determines the reasons affecting sinter basicity stability rate,and puts forward the process improvement measures.Through the implementation of process measures such as improving the stability of raw material and fuel composition,debasing the fluctuation of blending ore composition in the blending batching process,and reducing the basicity fluctuation of the sintering mixture in the sintering batching process,the sinter basicity stability rate of 360m^(2) sintering machine has been significantly improved.
